Why it exists
Because the money is part of the conversation, and a group should not need three apps to coordinate one plan.
Name and capitalization
Use ManaSplit, with a capital M and S and no space. The company and product name are the same for public copy. “SplitCircle” is an internal technical identifier and should not appear in consumer-facing coverage.
Approved short description
ManaSplit keeps the ledger and the group together. People can split expenses in flexible ways, send private messages and media, and start audio or video calls from the group that already contains the plan. Message and call history are local-first, while shared expense records synchronize for the group.

Keep clear space around the mark. Do not redraw, rotate, skew, recolor, add effects, or separate the four petals and dots. Use the reversed mark on deep plum.
Product claims
- Say “local-first,” not “offline-only.”
- Say supported messages are end-to-end encrypted. Do not claim calls are end-to-end encrypted unless the published build and configuration have been independently verified for that mode.
- Do not describe ManaSplit as a bank, wallet, money transmitter, payment service, or financial adviser.
- Do not say that AI makes financial decisions. Deterministic calculations own totals; AI explains and helps navigate.
