Respect consent and safety

Do not threaten, stalk, harass, shame, exploit, impersonate, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop. Never share another person’s private, intimate, financial, or location information without permission.

Content we do not allow

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual exploitation of minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual extortion, trafficking, or grooming.
• Credible threats, instructions for serious harm, or praise and support for violent extremist activity.
• Hateful attacks based on protected characteristics.
• Fraud, phishing, malware, identity theft, deceptive financial activity, or manipulation of shared balances for theft.
• Spam, mass invitations, automated calling, unwanted commercial promotion, or attempts to overload the service.
• Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

Expense disagreements

A disagreement about who owes what is not automatically abuse. Use the group history, receipts, and settlement records to resolve it. Fraudulent entries, threats tied to payment, or persistent harassment should be reported.

Reporting

For abuse or harmful content, email safety@manasplit.app. Include the account or group, the time, what happened, and the minimum evidence needed. Do not forward illegal sexual content. Preserve it on the device and follow instructions from law enforcement or an appropriate reporting organization.

Enforcement

Depending on severity and context, we may warn, restrict a feature, remove content where technically possible, suspend an account, terminate access, preserve evidence required by law, or report material to the appropriate authority. We consider context, intent, harm, history, and appeals.

Appeals

To appeal an enforcement decision, reply to the notice or email safety@manasplit.app with the decision reference and a concise explanation.
